Transfer Contacts from Android to iPhone with a VCF File
Move To iOS misses contacts more often than it should. The vCard route always works — and converting through CSV lets you dedupe before they land on the new phone.
Export from Android
Contacts app → Fix & manage (or ⋮ menu) → Export to file → .vcf. This single file holds your entire address book, including contacts synced from Google.
Optional: clean the list in a spreadsheet
Convert the VCF to CSV here, open it in Excel or Sheets, delete duplicates and dead numbers, then convert the cleaned CSV back to VCF with the CSV → VCF tab.
Import to iPhone
Email or AirDrop the .vcf to the iPhone and tap it — iOS offers to add all contacts. Or upload at iCloud.com → Contacts → gear → Import vCard for a cable-free sync to every Apple device.
